Promark S.A. is a company with over 30 years of experience, specializing in the distribution and servicing of marking, labeling, and product tracking devices. As the exclusive distributor of Markem-Imaje in Poland for the food industry, the company offers inkjet printers, thermal transfer printers, marking lasers, and print-and-apply labeling systems.
Its mission is to support businesses of all sizes in efficient marking and labeling by tailoring solutions to individual customer needs through modern technologies.
Challenges
Our client faced common challenges encountered in many facilities across different industries:

Solution
Promark S.A. decided to implement augmented reality (AR) solutions for remote expert support and service operations.
The client chose RealWear wearable computers, a leading brand in the industry. Specifically, they opted for the latest RealWear Navigator 520 models.
These rugged AR solutions are designed for demanding industrial environments. Equipped with a HyperDisplay, they provide enhanced readability and a clearer image. With voice control and seamless integration with remote collaboration applications, they significantly improve efficiency in field operations.
The implementation was carried out by our partner, Nsflow, an experienced integrator. On January 16, 2025, Promark employees participated in a training session led by Piotr Ziemba, CEO of Nsflow.
Results
The training conducted by our partner Nsflow allowed Promark employees to familiarize themselves with AR technology and the device itself. The client expects that the full deployment of augmented reality solutions will lead to increased efficiency and lower operational costs, particularly in field service operations.
